Self care

Self care is more than buying expensive things or living out your means. Self care is more for going back to the basics, which we learn in elementary school. Where the teacher taught us about the main food group, sleep, and exercise. As we got older we tend to feel we are grown and that doesn’t apply anymore. The new ”normal” is works all day, drink coffee or tea, lack of sleep and exercise. Now we have other problems that starts insomia, bad eating habits, workaholic, and no time for family or friends.


What self care have you practice this month?🧘🏾‍♀️🥗🚴🏼‍♀️

  • Balance meal

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Get enough sleep

  • Exercise

  • Enjoy nature
